At Overwatch Solutions, leadership, integrity, and mission focus are the foundation of everything we do. Founded by a proud Iraq Combat Veteran, family man, and dedicated professional, Overwatch Solutions delivers reliability, precision, and results built on decades of service and accountability.
With over 20 years of marriage and a strong family at my core, as one of the founders, I understand that true success is built on trust, commitment, and follow-through. My military career spans service in the Active Duty Army and the Illinois National Guard. I’ve been tested on the front lines of war as well as supporting the war fighter logistically, with 20 years of experience working for the Department of Defense. All of this experience has forged discipline, teamwork, and an unwavering dedication to excellence.
From the battlefield to the boardroom, I have proven leadership in managing complex operations under pressure, overseen the lives of hundreds of soldiers and been responsible for millions of dollars in government equipment-demonstrating unmatched accountability, attention to detail, and operational precision.

Overwatch Solutions is built on a commitment to integrity, operational readiness, and measurable impact. As a husband and father of four, I co-founded this firm with the purpose of building a legacy grounded in service, accountability, and leadership by example, while providing flexible, high-value support to the businesses and agencies we serve.
With more than 16 years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environmental compliance, I have worked directly with regulatory bodies such as DNR, IDALS, FMCSA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, and Homeland Security, as well as multiple insurance providers, to ensure full regulatory alignment and audit preparedness. My credentials include First Aid/CPR/AED certification, Safety Trained Supervisor (STS), Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) OSHA 10 & 30, Train-the-Trainer qualifications for forklift and aerial lift operations, Confined Space Competent Person, and HAZWOPER 40 certification.
